Virtual Masterclass Terms Of Service

By booking and attending this virtual masterclass, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be made through the official website or approved booking platform.

Full payment is required to secure your place. Your place is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

2. Refunds & Cancellations

All payments are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, your place cannot be transferred or resold unless agreed in writing.

In the unlikely event that the session is cancelled by the host, a full refund will be issued.

3. Session Access

This is a live, online session delivered via Zoom.

Joining details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a stable internet connection and suitable device.

4. Intellectual Property & Use of Content

All content shared during the masterclass remains the intellectual property of Christianah Ebenezer / STUDIO C.E Limited (including slides, recordings, downloadable materials and spoken instruction). They may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes.

Participants are not permitted to record, screen capture, or redistribute any part of the session.

Nothing in this Terms of Service grants the Participant any ownership or license rights beyond personal viewing for educational purposes.

Access to the Masterclass is for the Participant only and may not be transferred, sold, or shared.

5. Code of Conduct

Attendees are expected to behave respectfully at all times.
Any disruptive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behaviour may result in removal from the session without refund.

6. Responsibility & Disclaimer

The masterclass provides educational and informational content only.
Results may vary based on individual skill, experience, and application of the material. No specific outcomes or earnings are guaranteed.

7. Technical Issues

The host is not responsible for technical issues experienced by attendees (e.g. internet interruptions, hardware failures). No refunds will be issued due to individual technical difficulties.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

Personal information collected during booking will only be used to deliver the service and share relevant updates. Details will never be sold or shared with third parties.
