1. 1. Waitlist Status and Non-Binding Nature

• No Guarantee of Entry: Joining the Future Interest Waitlist does not constitute a booking, ticket purchase, or a guaranteed seat for any upcoming Masterclass or Workshop.

• No Financial Commitment: There is no fee required to join the waitlist. Joining does not lock in past ticket prices (such as the previous £800 rate). Final pricing, exact dates, and venues for the 2027 cohorts will be officially released during the priority registration window.

2. Priority Access and Registration

• Early-Bird Window: Attendees on the waitlist will receive priority notification via email before tickets are released to the general public.

• First-Come, First-Served: Seats will be allocated strictly in the order that official, fully authorised payments are processed once the registration window opens.

3. Data Privacy and Communication Consent

• Email Communication: By submitting your details via the interest form, you explicitly consent to Christianah Ebenezer storing your name, email, and preferences to contact you regarding upcoming masterclasses, workshops, and early-bird offers.

• Data Security: Your data is securely stored and will never be sold, rented, or shared with third-party marketers. You may opt out or unsubscribe from these communications at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of our emails.

4. Anticipated Event Framework & Digital Protections (Subject to Change)

For transparency, our masterclasses operate under strict structural and operational guidelines. When official bookings open for the upcoming cohorts, all attendees will be required to agree to our full Event Terms, which strictly enforce the following:

• Digital Copyright & Streaming Protections: To protect the broadcast integrity of both our in-person lectures and hybrid/online access options, we enforce a zero-tolerance policy against digital piracy.

• Recording Prohibition: Recording, ripping, downloading, transcribing, or capturing the live broadcast or digital materials via external software, hardware, screen-capture tools, or mobile devices is strictly prohibited.

• Public Distribution Ban: Attendees are strictly prohibited from posting slide content, lecture clips, proprietary lighting layouts, templates, or live video streams onto any public platform (including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, or private forums/communities).

• Anti-Piracy Penalties: All visual content and curriculum materials are protected under UK and international copyright laws. Any attendee caught copying, redistributing, reselling, or using these materials for their own commercial educational courses will face immediate legal action, structural damage claims, and a permanent ban from all future events.

• Creative Team & Model Rights: Images captured during practical shoots are strictly for portfolio and self-promotional use. Commercial sale or stock library submissions are strictly prohibited without express written consent from Christianah Ebenezer and creative collaborators.

• Strict Refund Policies: Due to venue hire and creative team commitments, bookings operate on a strict tiered refund schedule, with no refunds generally permitted within 14 days of the event.
